(“osram”) warrants each p-vip lamp and assembly purchased via the osram-shopyourlight online store to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and operate according to the product specifications for a period 12 months from the date of shipment (printed on the product label), subject to the following conditions. If a p-vip lamp or assembly fails to operate properly during the warranty period, osram will, at its option, replace the product with the same or similar product at no charge, or offer a credit. Labor costs for replacement of defective products are not included. </p><p>the p-vip lamp or assembly must be: properly handled and installed, including correct alignment and cooling; operated on a suitable power supply within the electrical values recommended by the equipment or television manufacturer; and used in a properly functioning projection system.
